Democrats are masters of molding the English language into their warped politically correct lexicon. A good example would be substituting the term “women’s health” for the holocaust of aborting babies.
Speaking of which, there’s this organization that calls itself “Black Lives Matter,” where a black person can only join if they survive the thousands of black baby abortions each year.
In the words of Milwaukee Sheriff David Clarke (who happens to be black), “When I hear these things that Black lives matter, the only people who really believe that statement are American police officers who go into American ghettos every day to keep people from killing each other. … Look, the abortions? If Black lives – if they really mattered, that’s where the outrage would be that’s where we’d see protests…”
Democrat candidate/basement dweller and hair sniffer Joe Biden is totally comfortable with a similar conflict: He is a Catholic. One tenet of Catholicism, as it is with all other Christian denominations, is the abortion is wrong, it is murder. As a politician who openly opposes his church’s position on abortion, he has become a de facto ex-communicant. Recently, one Catholic priest refused to give Joe Holy Communion.
Joe has a rather agile, albeit conflicted, explanation for all that. Back in 2012 during the vice-presidential debate, Joe did the following tap dance, “With regard to abortion, I accept my church’s position that life begins at conception. That’s the church’s judgment. I accept it in my personal life.”
Joe should have quit while he was behind, but he dug deeper:
“But I refuse to impose it on equally devout Christians and Muslims and Jews and–I just refuse to impose that on others…I do not believe that we have a right to tell other people that women can’t control their body. It’s a decision between them and their doctor, in my view. And the Supreme Court–I’m not going to interfere with that.”
Joe’s tendency to seek the middle-of-the-road position on controversial issues reared its addled pate again on the newest left-wing slogan: “de-fund the police.” As thousands of misguided and demented anarchists march against law and order, the counterintuitive slogan that literally means “take funding away from the police” has tied Democrats in knots.
Even Dopey Joe recognizes the fallacious argument that people could be safer if the police had fewer resources. One can imagine a future 911 call that goes like this:
“911, what’s your emergency?”
“My husband has lost it! He is threatening to kill me.”
“Please hold on, ma’am. I’ll connect you with a social worker.”
“Wait! If you send a social worker to my house, you had better arm that dude with a taser and bring along two burly cops. My husband is 6 foot 4 and weighs 300 pounds”
“Sorry ma’am can’t do that. Democrats voted to take positions away from law enforcement and give them to social workers. Thank you for calling 911. Have a nice day.”
So, the saying that the only thing in the middle of the road is roadkill could apply to Joe. His campaign is struggling to craft a response to a letter signed by over 50 left-leaning, cop-hating groups criticizing Joe for being too easy on the police. The people who signed the letter warned Joe he would lose the election without the support of black voters so he better get with the program and move to the left on this position.
Maybe those lefties should speak for themselves. Everyday black Americans can see the result of 50 years of Democrat failures in our cities. They just might succumb to common sense and vote for President Trump. He has done more for Black Americans than Abraham Lincoln and Joe Biden’s old pal, Barack Obama.
