Hillary Running from Tulsi Gabbard’s $50 Million Defamation Lawsuit

Hillary Clinton smeared the wrong Democrat, and now the failed presidential candidate is evading a $50 million defamation lawsuit.

Since being crushed by now-President Donald Trump in 2016, Hillary has increasingly become persona non grata among her own party’s members. She continues to attack the current field of Democrat presidential hopefuls like the spiteful curmudgeon everyday Americans have grown to despise. Most likely because she wants to be the nominee again.

Hillary’s history of sleeping through the Benghazi terrorist attacks after ordering military support to stand down cost patriots their lives. And her pay-to-play schemes for her foundation while working as Obama’s Secretary of State made the Clintons wealthy at taxpayer expense. She allowed political influence to be bought by foreign governments.

Now that she has been exposed, even Democrats treat her like a pariah and the “nasty woman,” as then-candidate Trump deemed her, recently tried to undermine the campaign of rising star Rep. Tulsi Gabbard.

“For me, as a soldier, as every service member does, I took an oath of loyalty to our country. The country that I love. Willing to put my life on the line for our country deploying twice to the Middle East to do so.  Still serving in the uniform in the Army National Guard today for almost 17 years,” Rep. Gabbard reportedly said.

“So, when you have someone as powerful as Hillary Clinton seeking to smear my reputation, essentially implying that I’m a traitor to the country that I love, what she essentially is doing is taking my life away. So, what this lawsuit is about is actually valuing the honor and the loyalty and integrity that every one of our service members embodies and saying that no one can try to defame them.”

Gabbard has filed a lawsuit for $50 million in damages over Hillary claiming she was a “Russian asset.” The Hawaiian lawmaker has suffered surprisingly low polling numbers since throwing her hat in the ring to vie for the Democratic party’s presidential nomination.

Some speculate that Hillary’s envy and animus toward the moderate prompted the wife of disgraced President Bill Clinton to impede Gabbard’s progress from behind the scenes.

For all her bravado from the cheap seats, Hillary is cowardly shielding herself from being formally served with the Gabbard lawsuit.

“I find it rather unbelievable that Hillary Clinton is so intimidated by Tulsi Gabbard that she won’t accept service of process,” attorney Brian Dunne reportedly said. “But, I guess here we are.”

Members of the Secret Service assigned to the Clinton detail were reportedly instructed to obstruct Hillary from getting served. They sent the processor away from her Chappaqua, N.Y., home, while she cowered inside.

The Secret Service agents pointed the process server to Hillary’s attorney. Needless to say, her lawyers also refused.

If there was a scintilla of doubt in anyone’s mind why Hillary was unfit to lead the country, her pitiful attempt to evade a civil lawsuit serves as instruction.

“If Hillary Clinton and her allies can successfully destroy my reputation — even though I’m a war veteran and a sitting member of Congress — then they can do it to anybody,” Rep. Gabbard reportedly wrote in a statement. “I will not allow this blatant effort to intimidate me and other patriotic Americans into silence go unchallenged.”

Hillary seems to have crossed the wrong American this time, and she could be $50 million lighter as a result.

UPDATE: A Clinton lawyer finally accepted the lawsuit against her, this according to Gabbard’s lawyer. This is after refusing to accept it on three separate occasions. Seems like this story and others, might have pushed Hillary into admitting defeat!
