Russia Spygate Report Will Be the Perfect Storm to Blow Many Democrats Away

President Trump’s choice of Attorney General William Barr to succeed the disappointingly mild-mannered Jeff Sessions was a master stroke. His political hack predecessors, Loretta Lynch and Eric Holder, need to pay attention: William Barr has raised the bar in the search for justice and fairness.

That bar could soon become a javelin. From the outset, AG Barr has ignored predictable criticism that he is just Donald Trump’s partisan lawyer. The President is the chief law enforcement official in the United States. He appointed William Barr when it became clear that Jeff Sessions was doing nothing to get to the bottom of the ridiculous Russian collusion charges.

Fast forward to the shameful and embarrassing performance of Robert Mueller, “It’s not for me to say that the President isn’t guilty of something. That’s the job of Congress,” he simpered.

“Actually, that was your job, Mr. Mueller,” was the gist of Attorney General Barr’s reaction. “Since you didn’t do that, I’ll do it for you: There was no collusion and no evidence that the President obstructed your politically biased two-year, $30 million wasteful effort.”

Since it was obvious that Mueller wasn’t going anywhere near the fact that the entire investigation was based on a made-up report signed off (twice) by James Comey, AG Barr decided to dig deeper and sent his IG and the New York federal prosecutor to find out what really happened.

Reportedly, the IG report is finished, although it has not been made public yet. When it does, sources say it will finally blow the lid off the false premise of the Mueller investigation. In the meantime, Inspector General John Durham’s job was to get to see if there was any misconduct by the FBI, Obama administration and specifically his Justice Department in the run up to the 2016 election.

Also, there were the usual suspects in the intelligence community led by CIA Czar John Brennan—a man who hates Donald Trump intensely. It could go much higher. As Fox News commentator Geraldo Rivera put it, “Did Barack Obama know that the intelligence agencies were seeking to delegitimize his successor? At what point did he know? What did he authorize? What role did he play?”

Obama fans, Democrats, and their minions at the New York Times aren’t happy over these new developments. In an editorial disguised as a front page article, they worried that President Trump is now using the Justice Department to chase his critics and political enemies.

But neither the New York Times nor MSNBC’s Democrat operative Rachel Maddow, care anything at all about how the power of our country’s intelligence agencies undermined the election of the President of the United States. What the Times and Maddow really fear is that they will soon be caught out for their lies and fake news reporting.

Latest news is that the Durham probe will include criminal complaints. So, as the events unfold, stand by for subpoenas and grand jury probes and some prominent Obama cronies lawyering up. Democrats are going to learn that karma in the form of overdue payback can be a real bitch.

Democrats thought that the Mueller investigation would be the rock they could slowly push up the hill to crush President Trump. Said Rivera, “Then they found we don’t have the evidence. Now the rock is coming back on them.”

The current shameful and secret impeachment inquiry is likely a continuation of the pathetic efforts by the Democrats and their deep state allies. When the sunlight of truth is finally shined on this whole mess, it could turn out to be the most outrageous scandal in U.S. history.
