Democrats and James Comey Sweating Bullets over Upcoming Barr Report on Bogus FISA Warrants

One of the reasons that’s been floated as to why Democrats, led by Rep Adam Schiff, are proceeding with impeachment inquiry, when the evidence of a crime is lacking is to overshadow the release of an upcoming report. The upcoming report referred to is the impending release of the DOJ Inspector General’s report on the origins of the Russian collusion spying of President Trump’s campaign.

Those findings will likely shed a bright light on how the now debunked Russian collusion narrative concerning President Trump was started using a bogus (and unverified) intelligence report—paid for by the Democratic National Committee (DNC), in conjunction with Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

The person whose job was to verify the report before seeking a FISA authorization to spy on Donald Trump’s presidential campaign was then-FBI director James Comey. In the first of a series of investigations following Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s pathetic presentation to the American people, DOJ Inspector General Horowitz found that Comey leaked classified information and “showed a lack of candor” (i.e., lied through his teeth) when questioned by investigators.

The aforementioned leak inquiry was but a narrow slice of a broader investigation, and DOJ lawyers declined to bring criminal charges. Comey’s unrepentant response was that he deserved an apology from everyone whoever doubted his purity and dedication to public service in opposition to the President’s classic putdown: “You’re fired.”

Not so fast, big guy. You are definitely not out of the woods. You’re not Hillary Clinton, and the Democrat sharks will definitely offer you up when the time comes.

That time is coming as the Justice Department Inspector General is wrapping up the probe into FISA abuse allegations. The principal abuser was James Comey, who signed off on the FISA finding. Yeah, that’s his signature alright.

The finding was based on fictitious report by a British ex-spy. The report had been floating around the Internet for weeks, but was so ridiculously outrageous that not one mainstream media outlet felt comfortable reporting on it. Only CNN and Buzzfeed took the bait.

So, as the world’s tallest (6’8”) passive aggressive actor, James Comey managed to turn the FBI into a sleazy political machine. Comey may have counted on Hillary’s winning. Maybe he figured he could keep his job posing as principled law enforcer, who decided not to charge her with anything.

When Hillary lost, Comey joined the parade of Democrat lemmings determined to undermine President Trump. And he did with a shameless lack of loyalty and with total insincerity. “Oh, I’m not investigating you, Mr. President,” he lied.

So, President Trump did to Comey what he does to all disloyal and duplicitous subordinates: He showed him the door.

But the door has not yet closed on James Comey. He initially avoided prosecution, but he and more than one of his cohorts are likely sweating bullets and planning to lawyer up when the DOJ report, now in its final stages, comes out.

That report will likely steal most of Shifty Schiff’s thunder as it uncovers a level of unsurpassed corruption. President Trump is holding his cards close to the vest, but it appears that he is aware of the findings. In one interview, he dropped the following pithy bombshell:

“But I predict you will see things [in the report] that you don’t even believe, the level of corruption — whether it’s [James] Comey; whether it’s [Peter] Strzok and his lover, [Lisa] Page; whether it’s so many other people — [Andrew] McCabe; whether it’s President Obama himself.”

Hold on to your hats, folks. It could be a very bumpy election year.
